Breaking the home buying barrier

 As a millennial, it’s always bothered me how little we’re taught about homeownership, resulting in an entire generation of people feeling confused and defeated before they even start. Consider me your teammate in the game that is house hunting. We’ll ween through the misinformation, peruse properties and dig deep on where value can be added. 

The general lack of confidence towards the home buying process is a bummer. I can’t even begin to tell you the amount of conversations I’ve had that started with “I just will never be able to buy a house.” 

However, I can enthusiastically tell you the amount of situations that ended with “wow, I can’t believe how easy this was.”
